The conference and seasonal school is expecting those interested in natural language processing technologies.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is open to students and researchers whose interests are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Machine translation;<\/li>\n<li>Extracting data from the text;<\/li>\n<li>Statistical methods of text processing;<\/li>\n<li>Grammatical formalism;<\/li>\n<li>Semantic processes;<\/li>\n<li>Linguistic resources and dialogue systems;<\/li>\n<li>Speech recognition and synthesis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The five-day (4-8 May) seasonal school includes a series of workshops dedicated to the theoretical and practical aspects of natural language processing technologies and is designed for students majoring in computer science and linguistics.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will be held on May 9, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Working language: Georgian and English.<\/p>\n<p>Conference and seasonal school are free.<\/p>\n<p>Those wishing to participate in the seasonal school must fill in the registration form and the cover letter:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/320MX7Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/320MX7Y<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those wishing to participate in the conference must fill in the registration form and\u00a0\u00a0 submit an abstract:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3a0KL4C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3a0KL4C<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Deadline for the application is\u00a0 April 24, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Selected candidates will be notified no later than April 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>For further inquiries please contact\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nlp@iliauni.edu.ge\">nlp@iliauni.edu.ge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participants will be selected based on their experience and motivation.<\/p>\n<p>The conference and seasonal school are held in the scopes of\u00a0\u00a0 CARYS 19-1287 &#8220;Georgian Language Computer Processing API&#8221; project, winner of the 2019<\/p>\n<p>2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ilia State University takes great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the international seasonal school and the conference &#8220;Georgian Language and Modern Technologies&#8221; (4-9 May).
