Course participants will gain basic knowledge of electronics that they will be able to leverage in future to implement microcontroller-based projects.<\/p>\n<p>The project will last for 12 weeks, during which students will develop an understanding of the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elements of analog and digital electronics;<\/li>\n<li>Principles of operation of basic electronic components;<\/li>\n<li>Physical occurrences in circuitry and related laws;<\/li>\n<li>Logical elements of electrical networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course, which provides students with theory and hands-on experience, will be delivered virtually through TinkerCad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25baWho is the course for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course is designed for 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0to 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0graders from around Georgia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25ba How to take part in the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To take part in the project, submit a completed application form no later than 20 February 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Application form:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/WZsLkqfUqfjM53sE8\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/WZsLkqfUqfjM53sE8<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Starting date: 24 February, Wednesday, 6 pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session duration: 1.5 hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Course leader: Giorgi Gogoladze, MA student in Software Engineering, ISU.<\/p>\n<p>Note:\u00a0 Participants who miss more than 20% of total course hours will not receive a certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Selected candidates will be contacted no later than\u00a0<strong>22 February 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For further information, email us at:\u00a0<strong>fablabtraining@iliauni.edu.ge<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 24 February 2021, FabLab Iliauni is launching an online course Basic Electronics for senior pupils.
