A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Research Center of the Parliament of Georgia and Ilia State University. It aims to promote the joint scientific-research activities of the Research Center of the Parliament and the University, which will be based on the research of the issues that are actual for the Parliament of Georgia. The Research Center of the Parliament and the University have the same academic interests, therefore, it is possible to obtain and develop effective results through joint research.<\/p>\n

The Faculty of Business, Technology and Education of the University and the Research Center of the Parliament, with the consent of the authors, will share with each other the information on actual issues, which is obtained as a result of scientific research, namely: fundamental and applied scientific research, their methods and results, which the parties will use to improve analytical activities (with reference to relevant sources) and will provide to the Parliament of Georgia in a direct or modified form according to the relevance of various draft laws. According to the memorandum, the copyright on the scientific-research papers shared by the university with the Research Center of the Parliament belongs to the university. Within the framework of the memorandum, joint copyrights will apply to jointly created scientific research papers.<\/p>\n
