Within the framework of the International Education Exhibition, a presentation of the project “UniLab at School” will be held for schoolchildren on May 27, at 14:00.
The project is implemented in the format of Ilia State University Sunday School and involves offering fully funded courses for 8th-12th grade students from all over Georgia in the field of future professions (Front-end and design principles; Unity 3D; C #). After passing the practical course, the project participants work on real projects and the authors of the best projects are awarded with Iliauni Scholarship Voucher.
After the presentation of educational programs, the graduates of the project “UniLab School” will hold presentations of technological projects.
Schedule
Giorgi Beraia – 11th grade student of Tbilisi Public School No. 52, after taking a C # programming course, created a 2D pixel style game, in which he drew all the objects and characters himself and included them in the project as a picturebox. Then he wrote the code for them and put it in Windows forms, creating the illusion of movement making the project look like a real game.
Luka Chakhunashvili – Luka, 11th grade student of Tbilisi Public School No. 8, after taking a game development course, created a 2d game, the author of the script and idea of which is himself.
Elene Komakhidze– 10th grade student of Tbilisi Classical Gymnasium, who took a C # programming course and created an analogue of the famous pixel game Pac Man.
Nini Merabishvili – 11th grade student of Kakutsa Cholokashvili Public School No. 178 in Tbilisi, after passing Nini Frontend course, is going to start her own startup, Travellocation, which will gather blog posts and various projects about travel.
Ani Merabishvili – 11th grade student of Kakutsa Cholokashvili Public School, Kakutsa Cholokashvili, Tbilisi, has started working after passing Ani Frontend course to create a website for Smart Twins, a company he created as a child.
