Within the framework of the EU Erasmus + project DITECH (DITECH = Developing and Implementing Technology-Enhanced Teaching and Learning at Georgian HEIs // technology-enhanced teaching and learning in Georgian universities) the second online consortium was held (June 30-July 2, 2021) and Second National (July 27-29, 2021) Meetings.

The second meeting of the consortium was held with the project coordinators organized by Professor of Syria University of Tallinn, Syria Virkus and Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Professor Isabella Petriashvili and it was attended by representatives of Georgian higher education institutions and the National Center for Teacher Professional Development, as well as European universities participating in the project. The second national meeting was hosted by Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and was attended by representatives of Georgian institutions. A representative from the University of Kaunas was involved in the second national meeting through the online platform, Zoom.us.

During these meetings, which focused on Development Work Package (WP2) issues, speakers and participants presented, reviewed and agreed on final versions of information and knowledge management, quality management, risk management and on dissemination of management plans.

The final versions of the courses for masters and bachelors have been agreed upon, on the basis of which readers will be developed.

The topics of the training modules and the achievable goals for the academic staff of the university and the training of online instructors were presented.

Issues related to project financial management were discussed during the workshops. A plan for working on the readers for the courses was also defined, the terms and conditions of the tender announced for the external evaluation of the project, the news bulletin, the FB page and other important aspects related to the progress of the project were agreed upon.
