The registration deadline for those who wish to enroll in the bachelor’s degree programs of the Faculty of Business, Technology and Education through mobility, for the Spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, is from February 11, 2022 to February 14, 16:00; registration will take place at the following e-mail address: mobility.bte@iliauni.edu.ge

To register, a student must appeal to the Rector of the University with an application form (the application form must be downloaded, filled in and sent by e-mail). The application must indicate the name/direction of the program of the faculty (in the case of an existing one) for which enrollment has been granted.

The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

  1. A) Extract from the order of enrollment in a higher education institution;
  2. B) Student report card (mark sheet) (in case of repeated mobility – from all the higher education institutions in which the student has studied);
  3. C) Certificate issued from the relevant higher education institution after February 1, 2022 (indicating the status of the student, the name of the program and with reference to the legal acts issued to her/him);
  4. D) All legal acts/extracts issued to the student certified with the seal of the University (in case of repeated mobility – from all the higher education institutions in which he/she has studied);
  5. E) Proof of military registration (for boys only);
  6. F) A copy of the ID (both sides). In the case of a foreign citizen – a notarized translation of the passport (or ID card);
  7. G) A notarized copy of the document certifying complete general education. In the case of full general education received abroad – a document of recognition issued by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement;
  8. H) 3X4 Photo;
  9. I) In the case of the status of Social Vulnerability – a certificate issued by the relevant governmental body.

Applicants who wish to enroll in the following bachelor’s degree programs of the Faculty of Business, Technology and Education through external mobility, must meet the requirements of the program mentioned below and along with other documents must submit, a certificate from the National Examinations Center regarding the successful completion of the exam/exams indicated below.

A) Mathematics (major and minor specialization) –

Applicants for mobility who have been enrolled before the 2020-2021 academic year must have passed one of the following as a fourth subject in the Unified National Examinations: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry or Biology. Those who have been enrolled in the 2020-2021 academic year and beyond and wish for mobility – the exams established by Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Conducting Unified National Examinations approved by the Order N19/N of the Minister of Education and Science on February 18, 2011.

B) Computer Engineering (major) –

Applicants for mobility who have been enrolled before the 2020-2021 academic year, must have passed one of the following subjects as a fourth exam in the Unified National Examinations: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry or Biology. Applicants for mobility enrolled in the 2020-2021 academic year and beyond – to pass the exams established by Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Conducting Unified National Examinations approved by the Order N19/N of the Minister of Education and Science on February 18, 2011 and to exceed the specified competence limits in the following subjects: English – 30%, Mathematics or Physics – 30%.

C) Civil Engineering (major) (in English) –

Applicants for mobility in the program must have exceeded the specified limits of competence in the following subjects: English – 70%, Mathematics or Physics – 40%;

D) Computer Engineering (major) (in English) –

Applicants for mobility in the program must have exceeded the specified limits of competence in the following subjects: English – 70%, Mathematics or Physics – 40%

For those who do not meet the requirements of English language for admission to the Bachelor of Business, Technology and Education program – Civil Engineering (major) (in English), the English language exam will be held on February 13, 2022;

English language test results will be published on February 13, 2022. The deadline for appeal is February 14 (before 24:00). The application must be sent to the following e-mail address mobility.bte@iliauni.edu.ge

No later than February 16, 2022, contracts will be signed with those who wish to enroll through mobility for the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, who will gain the right to enroll through mobility at Ilia State University and agrees to the terms specified in the credit recognition documents; Detailed information about the deadline for signing the contract will be sent to the student via personal email.
