About the Speaker:
Jörg Meyer, head of the department of Data Analytics, Access and Applications at the Steinbuch Centre for Computing at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
Jörg received his PhD in physics from Bonn University, Germany. He worked as a postdoc at Göttingen University working on grid computing for the ATLAS experiment at CERN. In 2012 he joined Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where he is now head of the department of Data Analytics, Access and Applications at the Steinbuch Centre for Computing.
