Technological Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Center of Ilia State University starts accepting applications for SAAS Hackathon Organized by the Tech Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Center of Ilia State University, Startup Grind Iliauni, and Terabank on June 17-20 the SAAS (Software as a Service) Hackathon will be held For 48 hours, participants will tackle challenges and work on solutions around the theme of SAAS-Software as a Service. The main goal of a SaaS hackathon is for teams to create an initial product within 48 hours.

The main partner of the hackathon is Terabank, which will allocate a 5000 GEL prize specially for the hackathon winner.

Thematic speeches, mentoring, and workshops will be held for selected participants within the framework of the hackathon. Finally, the jury will select the winning team.

Who can participate?

Any interested person over 18 years of age who has the desire to work on modern challenges in the field of software can participate in the hackathon.

All active students and graduates of Iliauni can participate in the hackathon and must create teams of 2-5 people.

Is the registration individual or group?

Participants can register both individually and as a group. The minimum number of group members is 2, and the maximum is 5 people. (At least 1 person from the group members must be a student of Ilia State University. In case of individual registration, the participants will be grouped during the hackathon and/or will be able to add members).

If there is a team, one representative fills out the application and indicates the contact information of all members in the form.

Format:

Hackathon will be held in physical format, in the space of Ilia State University.

The hackathon will start on June 17 at 14:00 and will last for 48 hours. On June 20, demo day-pitching and award ceremony will be held.

Selected candidates should bring their own computer. The university provides participants with working space and food.
