Speaker: Mariel Frank – a senior Codecademy curriculum developer
Mariel is a Senior Curriculum Developer at Codecademy where she has developed content across the catalog, most recently focused on data science. She studied linguistics at Barnard prior to earning a Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at Hunter College. Mariel was a teacher and then a marketing strategist before learning web development at the Flatiron School. In her spare time, she enjoys working on jigsaw puzzles, hiking, and spending time with her husband and 1 year old daughter.
