Ilia State University School of Education has been implementing the Basic Education Program of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) since 2020, within the framework of which there is an internal university network – a pedagogical workshop. The following issues / topics will be discussed at the webinar:
- Teacher collaboration as the best tool for professional mastery;
- Basic principles of study group work;
- Study group types and possible format;
- Factors determining the effective work of study groups;
- Feedback and its importance in introducing a collaborative culture.
